Request Support Online Now Available

Newbury Park (October 7, 2004) - Ambertek Systems, Inc. announced today that it has integrated a service request online tool. 

Ambertek announces a new online tool to streamline Support Request.  With over 3000 national service contracts they needed an automated solution.  The online form goes to a service help desk, and two service managers to dispatch appropriate action.  Requestors will receive an instant email response confirming the request and a phone call to confirm the issue.

Ambertek expands reach with Printronix SmartLine Family of RFID Products and Solutions 

Printronix has been a global leader in providing intelligent industrial and back-office enterprise printing solutions for 30 years.  Ambertek has been providing integrated printer solutions since 1986 and together they continue to provide emerging RFID (radio Frequency identification) products from a selection of Smartline RFID products from Printronix. 

Announced in June, the SL5000e RFID smart label printer and SLPA7000e RFID smart label printer applicator gives users the choice of encoding technologies. Printronix has been a pioneer in assisting early RFID adopters establish pilot programs and deploy systems for January 2005 product shipments. Its firmware upgrade reflects this knowledge.
