EXPRESS EXCHANGE
Phone us by 3 PM Pacific Standard Time and have a replacement printer shipped by next day air, and Ambertek Systems, Inc. pays the freight! Simply return defective printer to us within 7 business days (shipper's expense). When the printer is received at the Ambertek depot, it will repaired and returned for a final exchange.
SERVICE AGREEMENT
Ambertek has a plan that will work for you. Start with our 24 x 365 plan... we have technicians available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. What about our NDB service plan - we will have a technician at your location on the next business day. You can always let our depot repair your equipment fast... with a Depot service plan, your equipment is first priority. Maybe you need a custom plan... talk with our service manager and create a plan that works for you.
